Use & Care

Lightly dust with cornflour for fondant/gum paste or brush a touch of cocoa butter for chocolate. Press in, level the back, chill briefly if needed, then unmould. Hand-wash with mild soap; dry fully before storing. Do not use the same mould for food and crafts.
