How to Use

1. Lightly dust with cornflour/cocoa (or rub a tiny bit of shortening for fondant).
2. Press in paste or pour melted medium; level the back.
3. Chill for a few minutes, then flex the mould and push from the base to release.
4. Finish with lustre dust, edible colours or paint details for a premium look.
