Cooking Instructions:

1. Take Goodrich Egg Free Red Velvet Cake Premix (1kg) and Water (500 ml) in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix for one minute at slow speed with a flat blade.
3. Then mix it on high speed for two minutes.
4. Scrap the batter, add Edible Vegetable oil (50g), and mix for one minute at slow speed.
5. Place the batter in baking moulds.
6. Bake at 170°C for 30-35 minutes or until baked.
7. Cool, remove from oven when a knife inserted comes out clean.
