Make elegant toppers in minutes. This flexible, food-grade silicone mould includes two cavities: a decorative fan with floral trim and a hand holding a fan. Perfect for cupcakes, cookies, plaques and cake sides. Works with fondant, gum paste, modelling chocolate, candy melts and isomalt.

How to use

1. Dust lightly with cornflour/icing sugar (or a tiny bit of shortening).
2. Press in fondant/gum paste and level; or pour melted chocolate/candy melts.
3. Chill 5–10 minutes; peel the silicone back to unmould. Trim and place.
