  1. Lightly dust mould with cornflour/cocoa (for fondant/chocolate) or a thin brush of oil (for isomalt).
  2. Press paste or pour chocolate; level the back and tap to release air bubbles.
  3. Chill for 10–15 minutes and demould by flexing from the edges.

Care

  • Wash in warm soapy water; avoid abrasives and sharp tools
  • Keep away from direct flame and heating coils
  • Use separate moulds for food and resin/clay projects
