How to Use
- Lightly dust with cornflour/cocoa or rub a tiny bit of shortening (for fondant).
- Press in paste or pour melted chocolate/isomalt; level the back for a neat edge.
- Chill for a few minutes, then flex the mould and push from the base to release.
- Decorate with lustre dust, edible colours or piping details.
Care
- Wash with mild soap before first use and after each use; top-rack dishwasher safe.
- Avoid sharp tools, abrasive pads and direct flame.
- Keep a dedicated mould if using for resin/soap (do not mix with food use).
