Note: Sizes are approximate; minor variation may occur.
- Lightly dust the mould with cornflour/icing sugar (or a tiny bit of shortening).
- Press in fondant/gum paste and level. For chocolate/isomalt, pour and tap to remove air.
- Chill 5–10 minutes. Peel the silicone back to unmould. Trim and apply to the cake.
- Hand-wash with mild soap; dry fully before storing
- Avoid sharp tools and abrasive scrubbers
