How to Use

1. Lightly oil or line with acetate for a smooth release.
2. Pour in mousse/cheesecake/jelly and level. Tap to remove bubbles.
3. Chill or freeze until set, then lift off the top and demold.
4. Finish with mirror glaze, velvet spray, ganache, or fruit décor.
