Return Policy
- Return Window: Customers can return their orders within 3 days of delivery. Please note that all return requests must be initiated within this period.
- Non-Returnable Items: All edible items and food products are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. Please make your purchases carefully.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be carried by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Cancellation Process: If you want to cancel your order, please contact us on our WhatsApp handle +91-9613333222. Please note that if you initiate your order cancellation after we have dispatched your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded. You will have to reject the package at the time of delivery, and we will initiate your refund process after the package is back in our facility.
- Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s original method of payment.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
- In Case of Damage, Proof of Damage or Missing Item required: Customers are required to provide an unboxing video as proof in case of any damage or missing item. This will help us ensure the integrity of the products and address your concerns more effectively. Without the parcel opening video, we will not entertain any claim. In case you receive a damaged or defective product, send us a parcel opening video highlighting the defect or damaged product & box label. We will process the refund within 24 hours. You should report this issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
